By accessing or using Hand-Off ("the Service"), operated by Hand-Off LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Hand-Off is a football IQ training platform that provides quizzes, playbook creation tools, and team management features for players and coaches. The Service includes both free and premium subscription options.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Hand-Off offers premium subscription plans (Coach Premium and Playbook Premium) that provide additional features. Subscriptions are billed annually. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the premium features.
Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes. Where required by law, sales and use tax is calculated based on your billing address and added to your total at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information so that any applicable tax can be correctly determined.
An organization administrator (a "Commissioner") may purchase premium subscriptions on behalf of other individuals and provide their email addresses so that accounts can be created for them. If you purchase as a Commissioner, you represent that you are authorized to provide those email addresses and to have accounts created on those individuals' behalf. Accounts created this way are provisioned with a temporary password that must be changed by the account holder upon first sign-in. The Commissioner is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for their use of the subscription seats they purchase.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including playbooks, quizzes, and team data. By using the Service, you grant Hand-Off LLC a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.
Teams include a message board where a coach may post messages to their team and team members may reply. Messages and replies are visible to the coach and all members of that team. You are solely responsible for the content you post, and you agree not to post anything unlawful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Coaches may edit or delete messages they post, and may remove replies within their team. We may remove content or restrict access to the message board at our discretion. Do not use the message board to share sensitive personal information.
As part of the Service, we send transactional and service-related emails, such as account and purchase confirmations and notifications when a coach posts a new message to a team you belong to. These communications are part of the Service and are not promotional marketing. If you do not wish to receive team notification emails, you may leave the applicable team or contact us.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Hand-Off LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HAND-OFF LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAND-OFF LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Hand-Off LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
