1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hand-Off ("the Service"), operated by Hand-Off LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hand-Off is a football IQ training platform that provides quizzes, playbook creation tools, and team management features for players and coaches. The Service includes both free and premium subscription options.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Premium Subscriptions

Hand-Off offers premium subscription plans (Coach Premium and Playbook Premium) that provide additional features. Subscriptions are billed annually. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the premium features.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including playbooks, quizzes, and team data. By using the Service, you grant Hand-Off LLC a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Copy, modify, or distribute content from the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Hand-Off LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HAND-OFF LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAND-OFF LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Hand-Off LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
