• Payment & Billing Information: Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full credit card details. We collect your billing address at checkout so that applicable sales and use tax can be calculated.
• Organization-Provided Information: If an organization administrator (a "Commissioner") purchases premium on your behalf, they may provide your email address so that an account can be created for you.
• Device Information: Browser type, device type, and general location for analytics purposes.

• Provide and improve the Service
• Process your transactions and manage subscriptions
• Track your progress and display your stats
• Enable team and coach features, including the team message board
• Send important service-related communications, including email notifications when a coach posts a new team message

• Team Members: If you join a team, your coach may see your quiz results and progress, and any message or reply you post to the team message board is visible to your coach and other members of that team.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
